SHIPPING & RETURNS

Due to high demand, please allow up to 4 weeks when ordering team bows to ensure prompt delivery. On average, team orders ship within 2 weeks, but during peak season can take up to 4 weeks. Please remember there are other teams ahead of you in line — your order date secures your place in line, not the day production begins. We always recommend ordering as early as possible. A great rule of thumb: order your bows around the same time you're sizing uniforms, so you have plenty of time before competition season.

Because every bow is custom made just for you, we're unable to accept returns on custom orders. If there's ever an error on our end, we'll happily fix it and get it back to you. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right. If we do accept a return on a non-custom item, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the refund.

We're happy to provide color swatches upon request. Swatches ship within 2 weeks and will add additional time to your overall order. Since every screen displays color differently, we're unable to guarantee color matching without a confirmed swatch.

Each bow comes with two elastic pony o's attached, so you'll always have a backup. These are designed to secure your bow to an already-secured ponytail — they are not intended to hold your ponytail in place itself. Since the pony o's are not manufactured by us, we're unable to guarantee them.
