We welcome both individual and team orders. Team discounts are available for orders of 25 or more. Contact us for current team pricing.
Due to high demand, please allow up to 4 weeks when ordering team bows. On average, orders ship within 2 weeks, but during peak season it can take up to 4. Your order date secures your place in line — not the start date of production — so we always recommend ordering as early as possible. A great rule of thumb: order your bows around the same time you're sizing uniforms, so you have plenty of time before competition season.
We use premium grosgrain ribbon, high-quality sublimation-printed fabric for custom designs, hand-set rhinestones, and heat-sealed finishes — so your bow stays beautiful from the first practice to the championship floor.
Absolutely! We love bringing team identities to life. Submit your logo or mascot artwork when you fill out your custom order form. High-resolution PNG or SVG files work best.
Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please reach out via our order form to ask about availability and any applicable rush fees.
Because every bow is made just for you, we're unable to accept returns on custom orders. If there's ever an error on our end, we'll happily fix it — just reach out within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right. Non-custom returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Want to be sure about your colors before ordering? We're happy to send color swatches — just note that swatches take about 2 weeks to ship and will add to your overall order time. Since every screen displays color a little differently, we can't guarantee exact color matching without a confirmed swatch.
Store your bow hanging or lying flat — never folded. Avoid submerging in water or machine washing. Keep rhinestone bows away from direct heat to prevent stone shedding.
Each bow comes with two elastic pony o's attached, so you'll always have a backup. These are designed to secure your bow to an already-secured ponytail — not to hold your ponytail in place itself. Since they're not manufactured by us, we're unable to guarantee them, but having two on hand means you're always covered.
